There’s plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, and settling, with no pressure to rush or follow a strict plan.
I gently guide where needed, but always follow your baby’s pace — creating natural, relaxed images that reflect these early days exactly as they are.
When to Book Your Newborn Session
The Best Time To Book Your Newborn Photoshoot
Newborn sessions are best booked during pregnancy to secure availability, using your due date as a guide.
The session itself usually takes place within the first 5–14 days after birth, when babies are still very sleepy and naturally curled.
However, beautiful images can still be captured at any stage — so please don’t worry if your baby is a little older.

Your baby is already perfect — so styling is kept soft, simple, and natural.
I use neutral tones such as white, cream, and beige to create a clean, timeless look that keeps the focus entirely on your baby and your connection.
A small collection of wraps, blankets, and outfits is available in the studio, carefully chosen to complement this style.

What to Expect & What to Bring
What Should I Bring To A Newborn Photoshoot
You don’t need to worry about bringing much.
Just your usual baby bag, along with extra feeds if needed and a dummy if your baby uses one.
I have everything else ready at the studio — from wraps and blankets to a calm, warm environment designed to keep your baby comfortable.
The session is completely relaxed and baby-led, giving you time to settle in and enjoy the experience.
Including Parents & Siblings
Parents & Children Are Always Welcome
You are always part of the story.
Parents and siblings are encouraged to be included in your newborn session — whether it’s a quiet cuddle, a gentle touch, or simply being close.
These moments bring so much depth and meaning to your images, and often become the ones you treasure most.
