WHEN IS BEST TO BOOK OUR BABY SESSION?
Between 5–10 months is such a gorgeous stage for baby photography 🤍
At this age, your little one is really beginning to show their personality. From around four months, we start to see those beautiful expressions, curious eyes and sweet little smiles. By the later months, many babies are sitting confidently, maybe shuffling or attempting a little crawl — and they are so proud of themselves.
This stage is full of character. The giggles come easily, the eye contact is stronger, and those soft baby rolls are still very much there (one of my favourite things to photograph!). Before long, they’re on their feet and that squishy baby stage starts to fade.
Sessions during this time are relaxed, playful and full of natural moments — capturing the joy, the curiosity and the sweetness that makes this stage so special. It’s such a lovely window to freeze in time. 🤍

HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION TAKE?
Every baby is completely unique 🤍
Some little ones are full of smiles and energy from the moment they arrive, while others may need a little extra reassurance, milk breaks, or cuddles with you in between photos. And that’s absolutely perfect.
For baby photography sessions, I recommend allowing up to 1 hour to 90 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to keep everything relaxed, flexible and completely baby-led — with no rushing and no pressure.
We simply follow your baby’s pace, capturing natural smiles, sweet expressions and those beautiful in-between moments as they happen.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO BRING?
For your baby photography session, you really don’t need to bring much at all 🤍
I have a selection of little props/toys to keep your baby engaged and smiling. Everything is kept neutral and natural so the focus stays on your little one.
All I ask is that you bring along the essentials — milk if your baby is bottle fed, snacks if they’re at that stage, and their dummy if they use one. A familiar comfort item can also be helpful if they have a favourite.
In terms of clothing, soft neutrals always work beautifully. Think creams, whites, beige or gentle earthy tones. Simple outfits without bold patterns or logos photograph best and keep your images feeling timeless.
